The Role
This is a true 360Β° recruitment role, giving you full ownership of the process β from winning new business through to placing candidates and managing ongoing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
β Winning new clients through proactive business development (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events and targeted outreach)
β Building and growing existing client relationships to drive repeat business
β Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across IT roles
β Sourcing high-quality candidates via multiple channels (headhunting, job boards, network, referrals)
β Conducting thorough screening and interviews to ensure strong technical and cultural fit
β Managing offers, negotiations, and the end-to-end placement process
β Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
About You
Weβre looking for a commercially minded, driven recruiter who enjoys both delivery and business development.
Essential:
β 2+ yearsβ recruitment experience (ideally IT/tech)
β Strong track record in both candidate delivery and business development
β Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships quickly
β Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven
β Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles
Desirable:
β Experience in contract and/or permanent IT recruitment
β Existing network within the UK tech market
