Job Title : Service Desk Analyst
Location : Hybrid working Hertfordshire
We have an exciting opportunity with a growing organisation for a Service Desk Analyst that is looking to grow and develop their skills.
You will be
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Providing support for MACs & PCs
- Using the ticketing system
- Escalating issues when necessary
- Getting involved with small-medium sized IT projects
- Ensuring security & upgrades
For this role you need experience in a technical support / service desk role.
Experience with technologies like Azure Windows Office 365 are a must.
This role is an exciting role where you can learn a lot and also gain certifications too.
You also need
- A full driving licence and a car.
