We’re currently looking for an experienced Connectivity Delivery Manager / Telecoms Project Manager to join a fast-paced and growing team focused on delivering next-generation connectivity solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong telecoms and network connectivity experience who enjoys working across supplier management, customer delivery, provisioning, and solution design.
Contract Details
- 3 Month Initial Contract Outside IR35 / Flexible depending on experience

The Role
You’ll play a key role in helping shape and deliver connectivity services across a broad customer base, supporting both commercial and operational functions. Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting supplier identification, onboarding, and relationship management
- Working closely with sales teams to build customer connectivity solutions
- Managing provisioning and delivery of new connectivity services
- Ensuring suppliers deliver against agreed SLA targets
- Driving excellent customer communication throughout project delivery
- Coordinating project and order management activities
- Producing and maintaining clear documentation, processes, and working practices
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery
Required Experience
We’re looking for candidates with strong experience across connectivity and telecoms technologies, ideally including:
- MPLS, DIA, Layer 2 and Ethernet services
- FTTP, FTTC and ADSL technologies
- 4G / 5G connectivity solutions
- IP addressing and VLANs
- Supplier and carrier management
- Provisioning and service delivery
- Customer-facing project delivery experience
Any experience with SD-WAN deployments or IoT/mobile connectivity solutions would be highly beneficial.

- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
