You will be tasked with receiving product orders from customers, processing them in the SAP system, and organising deliveries from the 3rd party warehouse and logistics company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the warehouse team and the logistics company. Provide excellent customer service and deal with any issues swiftly to ensure timely resolutions.
Proactively look at trends within the processes and collaborate internally and externally to help with the delivery of the service.
They are a start-up branch of an international company that will grow very quickly, and within one year, expect this role to be expanded and shared (due to volume) amongst new staff members.
