Our client is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities of the Production Technician include:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to achieve consistent output and product quality.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols while actively contributing to process improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, supporting lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S.
