Altera Recruitment Group is looking to appoint a Technical Administrator. This position plays a central role in supporting site leadership across operations, maintenance, and plant management. The successful Technical Administrator will deliver high quality administrative and technical coordination, manage procurement and financial documentation, and help maintain compliance and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities of a Technical Administrator
- Provide administrative and reporting support to senior site leadership, ensuring KPIs, budgets, and operational data are accurately maintained.
- Manage procurement activities including obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Coordinate invoice reconciliation, resolve supplier queries, and support financial administration processes.
- Maintain compliance documentation including permits, licences, waste tracking, and environmental reporting requirements.
- Support document control, CMMS updates, and contribute to monthly operational and management reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or technical support role within an industrial, engineering, or operational environment.
- Strong working knowledge of procurement processes, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.
- Experience using business systems such as CMMS platforms, accounting software, or document management systems.
