HR Administrator
Altera Recruitment Group is supporting a growing clean energy business with the appointment of a HR Administrator.
This is a full-time opportunity for a productive, detail orientated HR professional who enjoys working across recruitment, employee lifecycle administration and general HR support.
The role has a strong focus on recruitment coordination, candidate management and providing a smooth experience for employees, hiring managers and external candidates.
The position would suit someone with experience in HR or recruitment administration who is confident managing documentation, updating systems and handling sensitive information with professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Administrator
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews and liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
- Screen CVs, shortlist applicants and maintain accurate recruitment tracking.
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters, contracts and associated new starter paperwork.
- Maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR and internal data policies.
- Support HR operations across absence management, payroll meetings, training administration and employee lifecycle activity.
- Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a HR or recruitment administrator role, with strong administration skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to handle sensitive information confidentially and work well in a fast-paced environment.
