Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 1:30pm
What You Will Learn
- General business administration
- Managing and organising project documentation
- Health and safety processes and job file management
- Goods inwards procedures, including deliveries and stock control
- Internal systems, processes, and workplace best practice
This is a hands-on learning role where you will build real skills that can support long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day office administration
- Creating and maintaining job health and safety folders
- Uploading, scanning and organising documentation
- Assisting with goods inwards and checking deliveries
- Supporting stock control and material storage
- Ensuring records and documentation are accurate and up to date
