Our client is seeking a hands on Field Engineer to support the deployment, operation and optimisation of cutting edge systems designed to convert waste streams into renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities of a Field Engineer
- Support operation of pilot scale and commercial systems across multiple customer sites
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive fault finding activities
- Assist with commissioning of new installations and provide ongoing operational support
- Conduct system testing, performance monitoring and troubleshooting of process equipment
- Work closely with internal teams, contractors and clients to ensure successful project delivery
Candidate Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally with regular overnight stays
- Experience in field engineering, commissioning or maintenance within industrial process environments
- Practical knowledge of pumps, gas systems, water treatment or similar process equipment
- Electrical competency with relevant certification or demonstrable experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
