A growing innovator in sustainable industrial solutions is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to strengthen its commercial pipeline across several specialist product areas. This role suits someone who enjoys working across varied sectors, contributing to both sales and marketing activity, and developing a solid foundation for future progression into a Business Development or Account Executive path. The position offers remote working.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and supporting wider commercial growth in markets that include coatings, industrial manufacturing, automotive, and marine operations.
Key Responsibilities of Sales Development Representative:- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through a blend of inbound qualification and targeted outbound outreach.
- Research potential customers and conduct structured engagement via phone, email, and LinkedIn to secure meetings for the sales team.
- Support campaign activity alongside marketing, contributing to events, ABM initiatives, and follow up communications.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor lead conversion trends, and assist with reporting to improve targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with product and sales colleagues to understand value propositions and adapt messaging to different market segments.
- Experience within B2B outbound sales, inside sales, or commercial support, ideally with CRM proficiency.
- Strong communication skills, confident stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Curious, adaptable, and quick to learn new technical concepts.
- Motivated by targets, proactive in approach, and able to take ownership of tasks.

- Base salary of £32,500 per annum.
- Variable earnings of £6,500 on target earnings + additional increases.
