This hands-on role involves the installation, servicing, refurbishment, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical equipment, with a focus on valves, actuators, and related systems. The position requires travel across the designated region, working in varied outdoor environments, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, repair, and commission mechanical and electrical equipment in accordance with agreed method statements.
- Accurately record details, measurements, and descriptions of components requiring replacement.
- Travel to multiple sites daily, with occasional overnight stays based on project requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of RAMS and other health and safety documentation.
- Maintain accurate work records, timesheets, expenses, and reports to company standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with the ability to work safely in diverse environments.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
