Responsibilities of the Quality & Environment Advisor include:

  • Support site teams with environmental compliance, audits, and day to day quality and environmental matters across multiple locations.
  • Maintain and improve environmental management system documentation, reporting processes, and internal records.
  • Produce monthly environmental KPI data and assist with internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Provide practical support during audits, regulatory visits, and compliance related site activity.
  • Deliver guidance and training to site teams while supporting wider group improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in environmental, quality, HSEQ or compliance within an industrial, manufacturing, or energy environment.
  • Good working knowledge of audits, management systems, and environmental legislation.
  • Confident communicator able to work independently and build relationships across site teams.
  • Strong organisational and reporting skills with good IT capability, particularly in Excel and Office systems.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to operational sites when required.
