Legal Counsel (Commercial & Tech) at Altera Digital Health, we develop the tech that helps hospitals and clinicians provide better patient care. We are part of Harris, a global powerhouse that acquires and grows software companies across the world. We’re looking for a Solicitor who wants more variety than a standard in‑house role. This position is a 50/50 split between Altera Digital Health and our parent company, Harris.
This isn’t a one‑dimensional role. You’ll spend your time navigating the specific legal nuances of digital healthcare with one team, while supporting the broader Harris portfolio on high‑level commercial deals and group‑wide initiatives with the other.
What Your Day‑to‑Day Actually Looks Like
- The Altera Side (50%): You’ll be the go‑to for our UK and International teams. You’ll negotiate the SaaS licenses and vendor deals that keep digital healthcare moving.
