JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work with Head of Sustainability Solutions and Clients directly to understand, articulate and compute solutions that meet their needs.
- Own the coordination and execution of general data sourcing and collation across the AlterDomus network to complete these requests.
- Work closely with engineering and automation QA team to support ongoing development and system connectivity requirements to deliver the product.
- Complete all computations in line with the Client requirements, on time with minimal amends. Examples include: Investor specific reports including key climate-related metrics, Regulatory Fund specific Reports, such as SFDR for filing, Other external ESG / Sustainability reporting requirements such as the PRI assessments, and industry specific metrics.
- Working with Clients, AlterDomus teams and external vendors to ensure appropriate data is sourced on a timely basis, identifying gaps and selecting appropriate pragmatic solutions.
- Ensuring data governance to build a database to align data with wider portfolio data held by AlterDomus, contributing towards Benchmarking capabilities for Clients.
- Working with the business development, CRM and Sales team to maintain datasets to support product related queries including responses to questionnaires (RFIs and RFPs).
- Work with Head of Sustainability Solutions and marketing teams to create understandable and simple Client facing brochures, updating as frequently as needed to ensure they remain current.
- Assist with the delivery of training to internal Teams, helping to identify knowledge gaps within service delivery capabilities.

- Excellent data analysis and integration skills.
- Good technical level with Microsoft tools including Power Automate and PowerBI.
- Ability to work collaboratively and consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills essential to be successful in the role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop strong and open working relationships.
- Experience of ensuring timely and accurate delivery working with tight deadlines.
- Highly numerate and analytical.
- Ideally someone familiar with Fund Administration service models.
- Ideally someone familiar with Private Markets and how they operate.
