Job Description
We are seeking a social media (primarily LinkedIn) content specialist for an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will support our CEO’s LinkedIn profile, which currently has “Top Voice” status, and may evolve to cover other profiles.
The marketing team is small and multidisciplinary, with responsibilities including event support, content creation, and strategy development.
Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of our senior executives on LinkedIn.
- Manage the connection between the master brand and personal profiles.
- Ensure messaging consistency and appropriateness across profiles.
- Maintain a content calendar, develop campaigns, and create content in various formats.
- Liaise with C-suite for content approval and ideation.
- Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content.
- Grow followers and connections strategically, focusing on the right audience.
- Develop performance metrics and reporting.
Skills and Experience
- Creativity in producing engaging visual and written content.
- Understanding of financial services and private markets.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Planner is advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and refine strategies.
- Knowledge of platform trends and algorithms.
- Ability to write long and short content, supporting team efforts.
