    • Quantify the impact of roadmap initiatives where possible to support data‑driven decision‑making.
    • Capture and synthesize client feedback and market signals, feeding insights back into product strategy, roadmap planning, and go‑to‑market positioning.

    • Deliver clear requirements for technical design and execution of the highest priority work.
    • Work closely with the Head of Client Portals as the Private Equity subject matter expert to ensure consistency and ease of use throughout ADI for Private Equity use cases.
  • Product Excellence
    • Create a market‑leading experience for Private Equity clients through an AI‑native integrated servicing platform.
    • Ensure exceptional usability and consistency across all client touchpoints within the AD Intelligence platform.
    • Drive continuous improvement through ongoing client feedback loops and market analysis.

Your profile

  • Required Experience
    • 10+ years in product management, with demonstrated progression to senior leadership roles.
    • Fluency in Private Equity market dynamics and ongoing trends, with the ability to anticipate client needs.
    • Proven experience developing and evolving client‑facing enterprise SaaS cloud‑native products/solutions from concept through maturity.
    • Demonstrable experience in early‑stage product development and client discovery, including working with ambiguity and rapidly iterating.
    • Previous roadmap ownership with justified prioritization frameworks and clear outcomes.

  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management
    • Ability to manage teams of various seniorities and backgrounds, aligning diverse talents to a strategic vision.
    • Proven ability to influence varied key stakeholders and deliver within a matrixed organization/structure.
    • Experience presenting to and guiding conversations with senior financial services professionals, including client partners and prospects.
