Content Creator

We’re looking for a Content Creator to join our team. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work across a diverse range of clients in three specialist sectors: sport, lifestyle and consumer tech.

The role:

We’re seeking a Content Creator who thrives on staying ahead of digital trends and knows how to create content that captivates. You will be responsible for producing impactful short-form videos and post copy across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms. As a versatile creative communicator, you’ll craft content that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with our clients’ goals.

At Alter Agency, you’ll help us tell powerful brand stories using engaging, social-first content that hooks viewers through visual and copy-based storytelling. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, hands-on, passionate about digital marketing, and driven to turn inspiration into content that educates consumers, drives brand awareness, and produces results.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience creating and managing social media content, especially UGC.
• Someone who can demonstrate their knowledge and passion for brand campaigns on TikTok.
• Strong video editing skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
• A creative self-starter, able to come up with fresh ideas and execute them rapidly.
• A deep understanding of social media culture, including trends, digital slang, and platform nuances.
• Camera confidence – whether in front of or behind the camera, you bring the energy and personality that makes content stand out.
• Data-driven – able to analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Passion for creativity and innovation in digital storytelling.
