We run a fast-growing professional training academy with a large online audience. We are not hiring a marketer or social media manager. We’re hiring a Training Content Producer to work in person and help us film, edit, and structure:
- Online academy training content
- YouTube videos
- Short-form content for TikTok & Instagram
Your job is simple: Capture and produce clear, professional training and social content that supports learning and drives people into the academy. This is an execution role.
Primary responsibilities (core of the role):
- Filming academy training content (on-site)
- Camera setup, audio, lighting
- Talking-head and screen-based recordings
- Editing long-form academy lessons
- Clean cuts, pacing, clarity
- Chapters / timestamps
- Organising and uploading content into the academy
- Filming and editing YouTube content
- Repurposing content into short-form clips for TikTok & Instagram
- Maintaining a clean, structured content library
Secondary responsibilities:
- Creating thumbnails or briefing thumbnails
- Preparing video assets for landing pages and onboarding
- Supporting updates to academy and website content when needed
- Ensuring content is consistent across platforms
Skills & experience required:
Must have:
- Experience filming and editing video
- Comfortable using cameras, microphones, and basic lighting
- Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience with educational, YouTube, or social content
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Comfortable working on-site
Nice to have:
- Experience producing online courses or academies
- Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram formats
- Canva / thumbnail creation
- Basic WordPress or platform experience
