We are looking for a Senior PA/QA Engineer to support the design, manufacture, and verification of spaceflight hardware. You will ensure high-quality standards are met across mechanisms and structural parts, participate in technical reviews, assess risks, and work with suppliers throughout the hardware lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain PA/QA requirements for mechanisms and structural components.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical boards for non-conformances and anomalies.
- Support materials, mechanical parts, and process selection, including verification and contamination control.
- Inspect hardware at various stages (incoming, pre-test, post-test).
- Work with suppliers to ensure requirements are met and resolve non-conformances.
- Maintain quality management systems and supporting documentation.
Required Skills:
- Mandatory space industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in PA/QA for regulated manufacturing, preferably spaceflight.
- Knowledge of materials, mechanical parts, and space hardware processes.
- Experience in testing, verification, and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Strong documentation and quality management skills.
- Supplier management experience.
- Knowledge of spacecraft integration and assembly is advantageous.
