Play a pivotal role in shaping Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) strategy within a major aerospace actuation programme. You’ll support the delivery of a new integrated MBSE/MBSA framework across highly complex electro-mechanical systems used in flight-critical environments. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity to embed structured modelling tools and processes that will be adopted across an entire business unit. Wolverhampton (Hybrid/Remote)
Clearance: Must be eligible for UK SC Security Clearance
- Drive the development and implementation of a fully integrated MBSE framework for aerospace actuation systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align modelling activities with systems engineering needs
- CAMEO Systems Modeler – knowledgeable user with experience setting up and deploying modelling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of MBSE principles, SysML, and lifecycle applications in engineering
- Strong capability to define and deliver processes, standards, and training materials
- Ability to work autonomously and liaise across engineering functions
- Exposure to Model-Based Safety Analysis (MBSA)
- Familiarity with wider MBSE toolchains such as MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, or related discipline OR a relevant technical military background with equivalent hands-on engineering experience. Must be eligible for UK SC Security Clearance (Minimum 5 Years in the UK).
