Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and promote continuous improvement across delivery teams.
  • Lead Agile transformation efforts in line with frameworks such asSAFe or otherAgile at Scale methodologies.
  • Work closely withproduct owners, development teams, andenterprise stakeholders to manage priorities, remove blockers, and ensure focus on business value.
  • Champion best practices in Agile delivery, ensuring robust backlog management, effective sprint execution, and delivery tracking usingAtlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across all delivery layers.
  • Drive improvements to Agile maturity, actively coaching team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify delivery risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues as needed to ensure high-performance outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

  • Prior experience as aScrum Master orAgile Coach in a complex technical domain, ideally within theautomotive engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding andpractical application of Agile principlesand delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experienced inenterprise stakeholder management, particularly in matrixed environments.
  • Skilled in usingJira and Confluence to manage team delivery and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Agile metrics, tooling configurations, or SAFe certification.
  • Comfortable working in high-velocity teams and fast-paced project timelines.
  • Meticulously organised with a delivery-focused mindset.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience and background with PCDS or equivalent delivery system
  • Experience of working in an automotive environment
