Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Prior experience as aScrum Master orAgile Coach in a complex technical domain, ideally within theautomotive engineering sector.
- Strong understanding andpractical application of Agile principlesand delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experienced inenterprise stakeholder management, particularly in matrixed environments.
- Skilled in usingJira and Confluence to manage team delivery and reporting.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics, tooling configurations, or SAFe certification.
- Comfortable working in high-velocity teams and fast-paced project timelines.
- Meticulously organised with a delivery-focused mindset.
Desirable:
- Previous experience and background with PCDS or equivalent delivery system
- Experience of working in an automotive environment
