What will you be doing?

We are looking for a skilled Model Based Systems Engineer to join our Defence sector projects. You will be responsible for system-level modelling and simulation, leveraging MathWorks toolsets to support the design and validation of complex systems.

  • Develop, model, and simulate complex systems using MATLAB and Simulink.
  • Apply system design principles to platforms such as Gas Turbines, Powertrains, or other large-scale engineering systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and integrate system requirements.
  • Support system analysis, validation, and performance assessments.

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

  • Degree in Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field).
  • Proficiency in MathWorks toolsets (MATLAB, Simulink).
  • Experience in complex system design (Gas Turbine, Powertrain, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be eligible for UK SC Security Clearance (Minimum 5 Years in the UK).
