We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Systems Engineer to join our growing team, helping to design and develop electrical power systems for spacecraft. You will play a key part in how satellites and space vehicles generate, store, and distribute power - from early design all the way through to integration and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop power systems for spacecraft, from concept to final integration.
- Work on both high-level architecture and detailed electronic designs.
- Manage requirements and ensure designs meet all power and interface needs.
- Build and maintain power budgets and models for spacecraft missions.
- Support electrical integration and power system testing, ensuring reliable performance.
- Review electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) factors and propose solutions.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with other teams, suppliers, and project.
- Help plan and conduct validation and verification activities for power systems.
- Support flight operations and help resolve any power-related issues during mission phases.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Previous experience working in the space industry (spacecraft, satellite, or launch vehicle projects).
- 5+ years of experience in power systems or electrical engineering, ideally in spacecraft or avionics design.
- Understanding of power conditioning, DC/DC converters, solar arrays, and battery management systems.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power Systems, Aerospace Engineering, equivalent military experience or a related field.
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to produce and review technical documentation and engineering reports.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
