We are looking for a Senior AIV engineer to join our team in London with proven experience in space projects, capable of leading integration and verification activities and ensuring spacecraft hardware and software are fully tested and ready for mission delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AIV plans for spacecraft projects.
- Coordinate integration and verification activities across subsystems and teams.
- Plan resources and schedules to meet project requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and operate test environments and test rigs.
- Manage hardware models, electrical layouts, and harness assemblies.
- Ensure proper configuration management for all test equipment and software.
- Support troubleshooting of hardware/software issues during testing.
- Monitor test progress, document results, and report on milestone achievements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AIV methods, tools, and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Qualifications Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in AIV or spacecraft integration and verification roles.
- Space project experience is mandatory.
- Experience preparing and executing test campaigns for complex systems.
- Strong knowledge of spacecraft subsystems and interfaces.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, equivalent military experience or a related field.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with electrical harnesses, hardware assembly, and test rigs.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with configuration management and test reporting.
