What will you be doing? We are looking for a skilled Model Based Systems Engineer to join our Defence sector projects. You will be responsible for system-level modelling and simulation, leveraging MathWorks toolsets to support the design and validation of complex systems. Develop, model, and simulate complex systems using MATLAB and Simulink. Apply system design principles to platforms such as Gas Turbines, Powertrains, or other large-scale engineering systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and integrate system requirements. Support system analysis, validation, and performance assessments.
Qualifications Experience, skills and qualifications required:
- Degree in Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field).
- Proficiency in MathWorks toolsets (MATLAB, Simulink).
- Experience in complex system design (Gas Turbine, Powertrain, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must be eligible for UK SC Security Clearance (Minimum 5 Years in the UK).
