What will you be doing? As a Scrum Master, you will join the Whitley (Coventry) team to support our activities within the Automotive and Software Engineering sector. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coaching teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, driving continuous improvement
- Removing impediments and supporting delivery teams to meet sprint commitments
- Working closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders to manage priorities
- Tracking and communicating delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and risks

Who are we looking for?
- A Scrum‑certified professional (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent)
- 2+ years’ experience working within Scrum / Agile and/or project management environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams
- Experience within Automotive, Battery Technology, or Software Development environments is preferred
- Previous experience working within JLR environments is highly desirable

- Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
