We are seeking a Chassis & Suspension Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of advanced suspension technologies. You’ll be directly contributing to innovative projects supporting subsea exploration platforms and ruggedized marine vehicles, where precision, durability, and adaptability of suspension systems are critical.

Location: Coventry (Hybrid)

  • Lead the development and optimization of suspension systems focused on performance, comfort, and safety metrics.
  • Perform structural analysis and durability simulations, specifically on knuckle and ball joint assemblies.
  • Work on air suspension systems, including air compressors and electronic ride height leveling.
  • Support on-road and field testing activities, ensuring alignment with ride, handling, and safety targets.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in systems testing or a related engineering field, with proven practical testing and execution exposure.
  • Educational background in electronics, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.
  • Solid experience in setting up tests, executing trials, and capturing critical field data.
  • Aware of BPSS security clearance procedures and secure project handling protocols.
