Job Description

What will you be doing?

We\’re seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to lead the planning, execution, and handover of commissioning activities on a major industrial project. You\’ll manage teams, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure all systems are tested and validated to meet safety and quality standards.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and drive detailed commissioning plans covering pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start up phases
  • Lead and coordinate commissioning teams, ensuring tasks are staffed with skilled personnel
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and operations to ensure smooth commissioning processes
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal procedures
  • Oversee system and equipment testing, inspection, and validation to confirm design and operational requirements
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime during commissioning
  • Produce comprehensive commissioning reports, documenting progress, findings, and improvement recommendations
  • Manage the final plant handover to operations, including training and documentation
  • Identify risks during commissioning and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications
