We are looking for Quality Engineers to support aerospace manufacturing projects, focusing on non-conformance management and adherence to aerospace quality standards. You’ll work closely with production, design and supply chain teams to ensure products meet strict industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate, manage and close non-conformances within manufacturing.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance to aerospace standards including AS9100.
  • Review manufacturing processes and propose improvements.
  • Support audits, inspections and documentation control.
  • Liaise with production, design and suppliers to maintain high-quality output.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience working in aerospace manufacturing.
  • Strong background in non-conformance management.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 or similar aerospace standards.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and engineering documentation.
  • Understanding of FAIRs, RCCA methods and quality tools is beneficial.

If you are unable to meet this and any associated criteria, then your employment may be delayed, or rejected. Details of this will be discussed with you at interview.
