Join a team developing advanced communications and sensing technologies for challenging operational environments. You will contribute to the design, analysis, integration, and testing of RF systems, supporting the development of high-performance solutions across complex platforms.

Security Clearance: Candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain SC clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RF circuits and subsystem architectures.
- Perform RF simulation, modelling, and performance analysis.
- Support test, integration, and verification activities.
- Conduct RF troubleshooting, fault finding, and performance optimisation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and design artefacts.
- Collaborate with systems, electronics, and programme teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience developing RF systems within complex engineering programmes.
- Strong understanding of communication and RF architectures.
- Experience supporting RF testing and validation activities.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience designing and developing RF circuits, including filters, LNAs, PAs, oscillators, and associated RF subsystems.
- Strong understanding of RF simulation, modelling, and performance analysis using industry-standard engineering tools.
- Experience using tools such as ADS, Microwave Office, PSPICE, MATLAB, or equivalent RF development environments.
- Experience conducting RF testing, measurement, fault-finding, and debugging activities to support product development.
- Knowledge of communications, Satcom, antenna, or RF distribution systems within complex engineering platforms.
Soft Skills & Collaboration:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex RF issues.
- Strong communication skills when presenting technical information to engineers, customers, and project stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams delivering integrated engineering solutions.
- Proactive approach to learning, innovation, and continuous technical improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or relevant technical military background with equivalent experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience supporting maritime, naval, or defence communications programmes.
- Knowledge of antenna control units, RF distribution networks, or antenna integration activities.
- Experience working with FPGA, ADC, DAC, RFIC, or high-speed digital interface technologies.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools such as DOORS and requirements-driven development processes.
