We're looking for a Junior Delivery & Operations Coordinator to support delivery on complex aerospace and defence programmes. This role would suit someone with a background in operations, project coordination, or supply/logistics who is confident working in a highly regulated environment and eager to grow within a delivery-focused team.
What you'll be doing:
- Use internal delivery dashboards to track project risks, hazards, and delivery progress
- Work alongside Project Managers to flag issues and help drive resolution
- Check sales orders to ensure all required artefacts are in place
- Coordinate between the internal delivery team ("War Room") and Trade Compliance to clarify export or delivery requirements
- Ensure customer-specific flow-downs and project-specific documentation are understood and met
- Identify needs for special packaging and transport (land/sea/air), working with logistics teams
- Track and monitor expiry dates on key documents and certifications
- Take ownership of smaller tasks, chasing progress, and stepping in where needed
- Build relationships with teams across engineering, supply chain, compliance, and logistics
- Monitor project backlogs and spot opportunities to streamline or improve
- Ensure all actions comply with export control and legal frameworks
