We are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our growing engineering team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions within complex technical environments. In this role, you will support the verification and validation of software systems by developing structured test documentation, executing test activities, and working closely with software development teams to ensure system quality throughout the development lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a test professional who is passionate about quality, process improvement, and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test descriptions
- Execute functional, integration, and system-level testing activities
- Apply recognised software testing standards and methodologies throughout the testing lifecycle
- Work closely with development teams to identify, investigate, and track defects
- Support software releases through structured verification and validation activities
- Contribute to quality assurance activities within Agile delivery teams
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and practices
- Produce clear and accurate test documentation and reporting
Qualifications Required Skills
- Proven experience within software testing and quality assurance environments
- Strong experience writing and maintaining test descriptions and test documentation
- Experience working within CI/CD environments and modern software delivery pipelines
- Knowledge of defect management, test execution, and validation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Experience working with DOORS requirements management tools
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
