We are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our growing team and support the development of innovative software solutions within a technically challenging environment. You will work on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of modern applications, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software that meets customer and business requirements. This role offers exposure to a variety of technologies, development practices, and complex engineering projects.

Location: London

Hybrid: 3 days per week on-site

Seniority: Mid-Level to Senior

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern development technologies
  • Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept and design through to deployment and support
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver robust and scalable software solutions
  • Support software testing, integration, and validation activities
  • Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation where required
  • Assist with troubleshooting, defect resolution, and system optimisation
  • Contribute to Agile team activities and sprint delivery

Qualifications:

  • Commercial experience developing software applications using C# and .NET technologies
  • Experience building and supporting enterprise-level or customer-facing applications
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and design principles
  • Experience working within structured development environments
  • Familiarity with source control, build management, and modern development tooling
  • Understanding of software testing approaches and quality assurance practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Exposure to cloud-based development environments and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of modern software architectures and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft development tools and technologies
  • Experience within engineering, technology, or highly regulated industries
  • Exposure to additional programming languages and frameworks
