Your new role: Within the Technical Direction, the Senior Project Leader will manage a team of engineers responsible for the execution and delivery of client projects. In detail, the Senior Project Leader will be responsible for:
- Project Management: Responsible for the QCD (Quality-Costs-Deadline), estimating execution loads and activities, while managing the competencies assigned to the projects. Supervising the projects team, monitoring progress, and participating in team evaluation. Led the follow-up committees with the customer. Monitoring KPIs, performing projects’ financial monitoring, and presenting regular internal reporting to the Project Director. Contributing to the productivity and profitability improvement of ongoing project(s) by applying ALTEN processes, methods, and tools. Enforcing the behavioral rules in terms of quality, health, safety, and environment defined by the Group and requested by the related customer. Contribute to answering new RFQ (Request for Quotation) on the technical offer, scoping, sizing activity, and support to costing. Following up on functional analysis, and controlling customer requirements.
- Team Management: Ensuring that the correct team is deployed to deliver the project on time, and to the required level of quality and standards.
Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate possesses passion and curiosity for the Engineering sector, with a result-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, being comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
Experience required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience as Technical Lead, Project Manager, Delivery Manager or integrated project lead in a relevant industry.
- Technical Project Management background: estimation, project planning, risk management, and budget management.
- Must have knowledge of Manufacturing engineering in Aerospace.
- Prior experience working within offshore delivery / dispersed teams.
- Demonstrable experience in coaching and leading teams globally, and managing autonomously relevant projects, being impactful in client meetings.
- Experience working independently, being result oriented, having an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong communication and interpersonal skills in stakeholder management and natural leadership.
