đ What Youâll Be Doing
Weâre looking for a Recruiter to join our growing London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment career within a leading engineering consultancy that values Excellence, Accountability, Integrity, and Service.
In this role, youâll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a variety of engineering roles â helping us connect exceptional technical talent with major clients such as Airbus, RollsâRoyce, and Jaguar Land Rover.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
- Use multiple channels â job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals â to attract topâtier engineering talent.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidatesâ technical and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future projects.
- Ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment process.
- Communicate ALTENâs culture and values clearly throughout their journey.
- Track key recruitment metrics to improve performance and efficiency.
- Share insights and recommendations to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
- 1+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within engineering, technology, or STEM sectors.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationshipâbuilding skills.
- Excellent organisational and timeâmanagement abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset â you thrive in a fastâpaced, resultsâdriven environment.
