ALTEN is a global engineering powerhouse for R&D and IT Services with over 54,000 engineers across 30 countries. Our engineers deliver complex and highly technical projects directly to our many prestigious customers, like Rolls-Royce, Airbus, Thales, and Safran.
The main objective of the L&D Department is to ensure people are fit for their position and to support their development through project or career purpose trainings with adequate means (internal, external, classroom or online trainings). The purpose is to build a relevant training plan and budget for the employees by collecting information from the service managers, senior managers and division directors.
A meticulous and relevant selection of the means and suppliers needs to be done to ensure the training is appropriate and efficient.
- Research and select the most appropriate training solution according to the needs of the employees
- Monitor the quality and efficiency of the trainings provided (assessment performed by the attendees and their line manager)
- Monitor the training budget and the KPIs attached to training delivery (% of key people trained, % of career vs project training, average cost per training, etc)
- Manage several key-customer platforms to ensure compliance with mandatory training modules on project (account creation, enrolment, reports, KPI’s, communication with third parties…)
- Collaborate with internal SME to create eLearning modules using Articulate and Articulate Rise software
- Participate in designing and deploying training paths relevant to each function
- Support the deployment of learning and development projects across the company, depending on business priorities
- Proficiency in Excel and managing datasets
- Experience with Articulate and Articulate Rise software will be highly appreciated
