To support the fast expansion, we are offering a Bid Coordinator position based in London. The Bid Coordinator ensures that ALTEN delivers high-quality bids and ultimately wins new contracts. Responsibilities include:
- Provide critical and creative inputs to the value proposition.
- Guarantee the high quality of the offer delivered in line with ALTEN’s standards.
- Monitor and improve bid performance.
- Coordinate across business units and corporate functions.
Requirements:
- Excellent Project Management skills in timely management of bids to meet strict deadlines – not a strictly nine to five role – an understanding that the deadline must be met, and this requires some flexibility as to hours worked.
- Excellent English; writing and numerical skills.
- Commercial, bids, tender, business development, marketing background.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word; Excel).
- This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
