Electrical Equipment Contract & Supplier Coordinator
As an Electrical Equipment Contract & Supplier Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless technical and contractual execution of small power electrical systems within complex projects. You will serve as the central point of contact between engineering teams, suppliers, and clients, ensuring all systems are designed, delivered, and commissioned on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your role will directly support the efficient and safe deployment of electrical systems essential for energy infrastructure operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of small power electrical equipment, from technical design to site delivery and commissioning.
- Coordinate between design, engineering, and safety teams to ensure technical alignment and consistency.
- Manage supplier relationships, track performance, and ensure all deliverables meet contractual, technical, and schedule requirements.
- Review and validate technical documentation, drawings, and compliance records against project standards and contractual obligations.
- Monitor and control engineering changes, modifications, and risks, maintaining full traceability throughout the project.
- Facilitate clear and proactive communication with internal teams, contractors, and clients to resolve technical or scheduling challenges.
- Promote best practices in quality, safety, and continuous improvement across all electrical system activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in delivering electrical equipment or small power systems within large industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of technical document management, design assurance, and supplier coordination.
- Familiarity with international electrical standards and safety regulations.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in nuclear, energy, or major industrial infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems, or cable tray design.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or equivalent quality and safety frameworks.
- Experience reviewing supplier documentation and ensuring compliance with technical standards.
