Job Description
What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to lead the planning, execution, and handover of commissioning activities on a major industrial project. You’ll manage teams, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure all systems are tested and validated to meet safety and quality standards.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and drive detailed commissioning plans covering pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start up phases
- Lead and coordinate commissioning teams, ensuring tasks are staffed with skilled personnel
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and operations to ensure smooth commissioning processes
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal procedures
- Oversee system and equipment testing, inspection, and validation to confirm design and operational requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime during commissioning
- Produce comprehensive commissioning reports, documenting progress, findings, and improvement recommendations
- Manage the final plant handover to operations, including training and documentation
- Identify risks during commissioning and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications
Experience, skills and qualifications required:

- Problem-solving mindset with experience in troubleshooting technical commissioning challenges
