We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment career within a leading engineering consultancy that values Excellence, Accountability, Integrity, and Service.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a variety of engineering roles — helping us connect exceptional technical talent with major clients such as Airbus, Rolls-Royce, and Jaguar Land Rover.

  • Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Use multiple channels — job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals — to attract top-tier engineering talent.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future projects.
  • Ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment process.
  • Data & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Share insights and recommendations to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within engineering, technology, or STEM sectors.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
