We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (FTC) to join our Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Talent
Sourcing: Understand hiring needs and workforce planning to efficiently fill leadership and specialist roles across the organization.
- Candidate Identification: Source high-caliber professionals through direct approaches, headhunting, Linked In, talent mapping, and digital tracking methods.
- End-to-End Recruitment; i) Screen CVs using modern tools and data-driven methods. ii) Conduct insightful phone screenings and structured interviews using behavioral questions, case studies, and role-plays.

Insights: Conduct competitive intelligence and talent mapping to remain ahead of market trends and strengthen strategic hiring decisions.
- Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Drive improvements in candidate experience and optimize recruitment workflows for Technical Direction.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition within fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, is preferred, along with experience as an in-house recruiter or agency recruiter.
- Strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently, including sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation
- Experience in building awareness of the company brand and cultivating strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
