Job Description

What will you be doing?

Join our dynamic site team in Somerset as a Project Planner, where you\’ll play a key role in driving high-impact projects at the heart of the UK\’s growing nuclear sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and manage Level 3 and Level 4 schedules for installation scopes, ensuring alignment with project plans.
  • Oversee schedule interfaces between installation and other project areas.
  • Prepare and deliver 2-Month Look Ahead reports, weekly and monthly schedules, and governance materials.
  • Attend interface meetings with customers and contractors, reporting risks and delays to project management.
  • Support contract management with schedule data for contract variations.

  • Strong background in construction scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and interface management in complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and risk management skills.

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

  • Ability to anticipate project risks and delays, and proactively report and mitigate them.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various teams, contractors, and customers.
  • Extensive expertise in Time Schedule Management, particularly within large-scale nuclear construction projects.
