We are working with a really exciting client based in Liverpool, looking for a Technical Product Manager. This job is for a really ambitious technical company who are always at the forefront of technical trends, recently incorporating cutting edge AI technologies into their services. There is real progression opportunity within this role as well, as they are expanding their product, tech and customer service team to deal with the growing demands.
They need someone technically focused, with an ability to juggle B2C responsibilities with managing a highly skilled tech team, translating client requirements into brilliant results.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of their client’s products, being experienced in client engagement and able to hold honest client meetings autonomously.
- Having the technical understanding to translate client needs to a specialist development team, using a data-driven approach.
- You will need to be able to work autonomously in a lean Product team, being able to take full ownership of the B2C team and be comfortable managing client expectations in transit with the technical progress.
- To be experienced running sprints and enhancing productivity.
- Being able to take data insights, and create product features, being able to accordingly plan sprints, and support the product development cycle.
- An ability to understand consumer facing websites.
- Having a design focused mind, and having experience working in a performance world IE understanding conversion rates and lead generation.
- Leadership experience, or 5+ years in technical product management.
- An ability to work hands on in product development tasks, to be able to work with development teams and communicate with technical language.
- A detailed approach to data and an ability to translate that to clients and the technical team.
- Being able to work onsite in Liverpool two times a week.
- Coming from a technical background EG User Interface or formally being a Developer.
- Experience in E-Commerce or Lead Generation.
