About the Role:
You’re not just writing user stories, you’re shipping outcomes. You’ve been the person that turns abstract vision into tangible, usable, valuable features. You’ve seen what happens when teams build fast without focus, and you’ve been the one to realign them.
Responsibilities:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of new features and iterations from sketch to shipped.
- Collaborating closely with engineers to define scope, challenge assumptions, and reduce waste.
- Driving a fast, focused Agile delivery rhythm and constantly looking for ways to improve it.
- Turning customer insight, behavioural data, and a bit of gut instinct into product direction.
- Mentoring early-career engineers and helping them understand why they’re building, not just what.
- Playing a key role in shaping how the product function evolves as the business scales.
Skills Needed:
- Ideally worked for a SaaS product / Tech Product or smaller company
- Fluent in Agile delivery, daily standups, sprints, retros, the lot
- Work incredibly well with engineers and bring clarity to even the messiest of backlogs
- Can break down complex problems and balance speed with simplicity
- Have strong opinions, loosely held and love validating ideas with users and data
- Have a natural instinct for mentoring and helping others grow
- Know your way around the usual tools (Clickup, Notion, Figma… or whatever gets the job done)
- Experience with AI tools
What you get:
- Up to ÂŁ70k basic salary
- Remote role – they have a Manchester HQ where you would meet 1 time per month max
- Flexible hours – work during the core hours in the middle of the day but flex around it
- Early finish fridays
