Base pay range

I’m supporting a progressive energy management consultancy as they look to hire a Project Manager to support with increased demands of their end clients. The role will be supporting the energy management team by owning a variety of energy management projects within numerous manufacturing clients. You’ll be an experienced PM with solid experience of handling diverse projects across HVAC, BMA, Compressed Air, and Chillers. This role would suit someone who has excellent experience of managing manufacturing projects (end to end), managing diverse suppliers, and ensuring that all client projects are delivered on time and budget. The work is diverse and projects will span from £50k to £1m in size and vary in complexity. Solid experience of energy management project delivery in a manufacturing environment would be hugely desirable. The business utilises Six Sigma, but someone who can create and implement a robust project management framework would be of huge interest too. You’ll be able to commute to the Burnley head office 3 days a week. The role is paying £40-45k which will be continuously reviewed and increased across a 2-year salary journey.
