I’m supporting a growing business, with multiple business brands, as they look to in house paid search. The Paid Search Manager will work alongside the marketing manager to manage a diverse portfolio of brands and manage multiple concurrent campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketing professional with strong PPC experience to take ownership of paid media campaigns across both B2B and B2C markets.
Your role will be diverse, and you’ll help shape day-to-day activities around paid search. You’ll be involved in the following:
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing.
- Develop strategies to generate leads, drive quality traffic, and increase conversions.
- Take responsibility for budget management, ensuring spend delivers strong ROI.
- Carry out keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page optimisation.
- Analyse campaign performance and report results clearly to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of paid search trends and explore new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience of managing Google Ads and Microsoft Bing campaigns is essential, as is a solid background in B2B marketing.
- The brands also touch the B2C space, so exposure to consumer products would be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, bidding models, and campaign optimisation, along with previous digital agency experience, would be great.
- The pace of delivery and variety of the role suit someone who has experience delivering for a top-notch agency.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- You’ll be confident in reporting performance to internal stakeholders and using ROI as a measure of success.
The role is based remotely, with 1 day a month in Manchester or Burnley. Ideally, the candidate will be based in the North West. The opportunity is paying £35-38,000 plus solid benefits.
