IT Support Analyst - Β£30k - Β£32k - Altrincham Hybrid - Fintech
If you have around 2 years experience in an IT Support role and are looking for a company to take the next step, this could be the route to go. It's in the Fintech domain, highly varied work, with lots of differing career progression options (be that Data, Development, Security, Infrastructure or more).
Key responsibilities include:
- 1st and 2nd Line Support across hardware, desktop, database, reporting, software, and networking
- Managing incidents and service requests via the internal helpdesk/ticketing system
- Supporting internal systems (Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Assisting with mobile and desktop device setup, configuration, and MDM tools
- Patching, security updates, and basic infrastructure tasks
- Collaborating with wider tech teams on improvements, rollouts, and upgrades
What Weβre Looking For:
- Experience in a similar IT Support role (1st/2nd Line) - Apprenticeship or year in industry would be considered
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dell/HP devices, and networking basics
- Exposure to mobile device management (Apple/Android/MDM platforms)
- General Microsoft based infrastructure and software support
- General Network experience
- SQL skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in technology
- Excellent communication and a genuine team player attitude
