I’m supporting an ambitious HR consultancy, who provide enterprise clients with expertise to deliver HR transformation. They are looking for a HR Project Manager to join their team and work with clients on critical HR transformation projects.
They mainly support enterprise clients with complex HRIS implementations, but also support complex HR related business projects. This role will be working on SuccessFactors implementations and so HR transformation (on the HR side) to include shared service or digital change is important, but you must have SuccessFactors implementation experience.
You will come from a HR ops background and understand the pain points of delivering projects in HR and then have moved into projects. You’ll be tasked with managing projects from plan to execution, within whatever methodology you deem fit.
You’ll have robust process mapping experience and have tangible, commercial experience of delivering HRIS (ideally SuccessFactors) and also non-technical projects.
The role will require someone, on client site, in Greater Manchester 2 days a fortnight, with occasional travel to London (this will be expensed). A salary of between £50-65,000 will be on offer, including some brilliant wider benefits.
