I’m working with a growing HR consultancy as they expand their UK presence. They are currently looking for a systems analyst who can work with enterprise end clients to support SuccessFactors implementations. You’ll have evidenceable experience of end to end implementations and a solid handle on multiple modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Talent and LMDS ideally). You’ll bring exceptional skills in configuration, data migration (and testing) and the design phase. You’ll be a competent communicator, capable of engaging internal stakeholders and then translating into system design documents. They love people who come from an HR background, rather than technical. Understanding the impact of technology change, from a domain perspective, works beautifully for them.
Key responsibilities to include:
- Support and enhance multiple SuccessFactors modules
- Contribute to system configuration activities, ensuring solutions align with business requirements and best practice
- Assist with data migration activities (data mapping, cleansing, validation and load processes)
- Participate in system and user acceptance testing (UAT), including test script creation, execution, and defect resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution design and implementation phases
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
The role will operate remotely but will need to travel to client sites. A base in the North West would be ideal, given the volume of clients in the area. The role is paying up to £65,000 plus exceptional benefits.
