I'm working with a growing HR tech transformation consultancy who are supporting a number of major learning transformation programmes. They are currently looking for an experienced SuccessFactors LMS Specialist to take ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning platform workstreams, supporting the configuration, administration, and optimisation of learning solutions across their clients.

You’ll bring demonstrable experience administering SuccessFactors Learning, with strong knowledge of Learning Items, Curricula, Programmes, Assignment Profiles, catalogue management, and compliance learning. Experience working within implementation or transformation environments would be highly beneficial. They love to hire people who have a background in HR. Their model works so well as they bring domain experience, alongside technical expertise. If you started life in HR and/or L&D, that would be hugely beneficial.

Key responsibilities:
  • Administer and enhance the SAP SuccessFactors Learning platform
  • Configure Learning Items, Curricula, Programmes, and blended learning pathways
  • Manage Assignment Profiles, dynamic assignments, completion criteria, and compliance training requirements
  • Support integrations with Employee Central and third-party learning content
  • Work closely with L&D, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective learning solutions
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and continuous improvement activities
  • Produce clear system documentation and support best practice governance

The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, a user focused mindset, and the ability to translate learning requirements into well-structured LMS solutions. The role would require travel to client site 1-2 days a week, and so a base in the West Midlands or North West would suit beautifully. The role is paying up to £65,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
